About the event

The entertainment, rides, food and fun – it is fair time once again. Join us for Senior Day at the NC State Fair. There will be giveaways and all of the usual fair experiences! Fair admission (only) is free for ages 65+. All others must pay admission charge at gate. Admission does not include rides, exhibits, food, etc.

Kayak and Coffee: Sunrise Paddle

Start your morning with a peaceful sunrise on Lake Michie during this early-morning paddle. We will explore the lake by canoe and kayak as the sun rises and enjoy a calm, refreshing start to the day—complete with a warm cup of coffee. DPR Outdoor Recreation will provide the equipment.
