About the event
Drop-in for one-on-one technical support with library staff. A chance to troubleshoot common device problems and learn basic computer, tablet, or smartphone skills. This series will take place on the second Wednesday of each month.
Who should attend: Anyone with questions about technology. People who want to improve their tech skills. Those who want hands-on help or troubleshooting with their device.
What we can help with:
Using library e-resources (Libby, Hoopla, Consumer Reports, etc)
Setting up an email or online account
Filling out an online form
Setting up your device
Installing or using apps
What to bring: Your device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone), chargers, and any relevant passwords.
Please note that registration is required to ensure dedicated technical assistance with library staff. We cannot help with resume creation. Additionally, we cannot offer medical, financial, or legal advice. If you need in-depth assistance with job seeking, we can refer you to the library's Business Services.
