About the event

Most people think journaling means writing about their feelings. It can. But research shows it does something more useful: it helps the brain notice patterns it couldn't see before. In this workshop, we'll look at what actually happens when people write about hard things, why it can help, and how to start a practice that fits a busy life. Bring a pen and your real self.
