About the event

Join us for a Fall Film Series movie! Apply to be a food vendor at this awesome event. In order to make online registration available we have updated the vendor application process. To apply to be a food vendor, please complete a Food Vendor Application beginning April 1, 2026. Click here to apply. Once the application is complete, click submit. The application will be sent to the DPR staff member coordinating the event. DPR staff will review each application to confirm space is available as well as compare the food and beverage offerings listed on the application to ensure there is a balance of items for sale. Event staff will contact selected applicants to provide further instructions for payment of the vendor fees and others on their waitlist status. All items being consumed by participants (whether it is beverages, food, desserts, frozen treats, ice cream, etc.) are considered to be a food vendor. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT APPLICATIONS BY MAIL.
