 e we have updated the vendor application process. To apply to be a food 
 vendor\, please complete a Food Vendor Application beginning April 1\, 2
 026. Click here to apply.  Once the application is complete\, click subm
 it.\nThe application will be sent to the DPR staff member coordinating t
 he event. DPR staff will review each application to confirm space is ava
 ilable as well as compare the food and beverage offerings listed on the 
 application to ensure there is a balance of items for sale. Event staff 
 will contact selected applicants to provide further instructions for pay
 ment of the vendor fees and others on their waitlist status.\nAll items 
 being consumed by participants (whether it is beverages\, food\, dessert
 s\, frozen treats\, ice cream\, etc.) are considered to be a food vendor
