About the event

Drop-in for one-on-one technical support with library staff. A chance to troubleshoot common device problems and learn basic computer, tablet, or smartphone skills. This series will take place on the second Wednesday of each month.

Who should attend: Anyone with questions about technology. People who want to improve their tech skills. Those who want hands-on help or troubleshooting with their device.

What we can help with:

Using library e-resources (Libby, Hoopla, Consumer Reports, etc)

Setting up an email or online account

Filling out an online form

Setting up your device

Installing or using apps

What to bring: Your device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone), chargers, and any relevant passwords.

Please note that registration is required to ensure dedicated technical assistance with library staff. We cannot help with resume creation. Additionally, we cannot offer medical, financial, or legal advice. If you need in-depth assistance with job seeking, we can refer you to the library's Business Services.

Voyager @ Books, Babies, & Brews

Join us for a Baby Storytime led by Franklin County Library, sensory exploration & coffee with Franklin County Parks and Recreation, and health education & resources provided by FCHD RIMC Program! This event is rain or shine, every Friday from Sept-Nov at 10:00 a.m., featuring different County Parks each month. It is designed for newborns to cruisers with an in-the-lap 15-minute Storytime and sensory toys appealing to younger babies. Storytime will start a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. and the rest of the hour is for free play, socializing, and taking advantage of the Bookmobile, Voyager! September-Franklinton Park October-Epsom Park November-V.E. and Lydia H. Owens Recreational Park at Bull Creek
