About the event

Miniature Shrines and Shadowboxes!

Celebrate the end of summer and the beginning of the harvest season with all things bountiful and abundant! Create a mini shrine or shadowbox to honor whatever is bountiful and abundant in your life!

Look through your craft stash or take a trip to the Scrap Exchange and look for small objects and miniature items that call to you (figurines, shiny rocks or shells, silk or paper flowers, baubles, gears, beads, little altars, quotes or poems, etc.). We'll have a wide variety of interesting small boxes, as well as hot glue, scissors, decorative elements and paints!

Monday August 10th starting at 5:30 in the Main Library MakerLab located on the first floor.

Registration required due to limited supplies. Please cancel your registration if you are unable to attend. Please register each person individually.

All ages welcome; however, juveniles of all ages must have an adult guardian with them during the program.

For more information email Megan at mkoslofsky@dconc.gov.
