Join us for a class for adults that will provide an opportunity for you to relax through gentle stretching and mindful breathing.

About the event

Join us for a class for adults that will provide an opportunity for you to relax through gentle stretching and mindful breathing. This class is designed for anyone who would like to slow down, connect with the body and calm the mind. Both beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. During the class, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses and mindful breathing techniques intended to calm the busy mind and stretch the body. Registration is required.

Please provide your own mat or a towel.

Evening Family Storytime

Join us for an evening storytime filled with stories, songs, dancing, and coloring! All ages are welcome. All children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult. This storytime is presented by all of the Children's librarians at Main on a rotating basis. The schedule is typically: 1st Wednesday of the month: Tina 2nd Wednesday: Laurel 3rd Wednesday: Chloe 4th Wednesday: Miles 5th Wednesday: TBD

Family Voices / Voces de Familia

This program will have be a 6-week series for the whole family. Childcare available for children under five. Registration is highly encouraged through partners website. Sessions are held Wednesdays, September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and October 7th and 14th at Stanford L.
