About the event
How do fossil hunters identify an animal from just a fragment of skull or a tooth? What can the bones of a skull tell us about how an animal lived? Join paleontologists from the Duke Lemur Center Museum of Natural History to learn how to identify a variety of animals based on their skulls and test your skills with a variety of osteology and fossil specimens!
This program is a drop-in program, drop by anytime between 11am and 1pm to the Innovation Lab on third floor of Main Library (300 N. Roxboro St., Durham, NC 27701). This program is geared towards ages 8 and up, all ages welcome. (Ages 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.)
