DESCRIPTION:Due to a weather cancellation on July 24th\, we've decided th
 at every week is Moth Week at Sandy Pines Preserve.\n\nJoin us at Sandy 
 Pines on Saturday\, August 1st from 8:00 pm—11:00 pm to take part in the
  fun!\n\nWe will use a common method of surveying moths called light she
 eting\, which involves setting up a sheet in a natural area and shining 
 a bright light on it to attract moths and other nocturnal insects. We'll
  monitor the sheet throughout the night and identify anything that lands
 .\n\nWe'll meet in the Sandy Pines parking lot at 8:00 pm (7201 Doc Proc
 ter Rd\, Wendell\, NC 27591) and work adjacent to the parking lot and ar
 tificial wetland.\n\nWhat to bring:\nLight (headlamp or flashlight prefe
 rable)\, close-toed shoes\, chair\, snack\, water\, dark clothing\n\nWha
 t not to bring:\nPets\, bug spray (it's harmful to the insects we'll be 
 working with)\n\nFinal decisions regarding weather will be made by 2:30
