About the event

The Department of Water Management sponsors an annual poster contest open to all Durham students in grades K through 8 (public, private, and home schools).Come to the library this week April 1st and 2nd to create your own poster! The water efficiency experts will be present to help provide inspiration and ideas for your poster! All materials are provided.

Voyager @ Books, Babies, & Brews

Join us for a Baby Storytime led by Franklin County Library, sensory exploration & coffee with Franklin County Parks and Recreation, and health education & resources provided by FCHD RIMC Program! This event is rain or shine, every Friday from Sept-Nov at 10:00 a.m., featuring different County Parks each month. It is designed for newborns to cruisers with an in-the-lap 15-minute Storytime and sensory toys appealing to younger babies. Storytime will start a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. and the rest of the hour is for free play, socializing, and taking advantage of the Bookmobile, Voyager! September-Franklinton Park October-Epsom Park November-V.E. and Lydia H. Owens Recreational Park at Bull Creek
