About the event

Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!

Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.

This month's theme Historical Recipes!

We'll be continuing our Summer Reading theme of "Unearth a Story," this time by digging into the past for our recipes.

The books pictured below will be available for browsing at the North Regional Library information desk, but you can find your inspiration anywhere. (For more from Max Miller, check out his Tasting History youtube channel.)

We'll leave the definition of "historical" up to you, but let's say nothing from the current century.

When you know the name of the dish you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.

And don't forget some containers for leftovers!

Questions? Email etobias@dconc.gov or call 919-560-0140.

Registration closes 24 hours before the meeting, but email me if you've missed the deadline and still want to come.

Happy Cooking to all!

All in-person programming is subject to change or cancellation based on current COVID conditions.
