About the event

Turn up the music and let loose in this high-energy Cardio Dance class! Set to upbeat, popular music, this fun and rhythmic workout blends easy to follow dance moves with aerobic conditioning and bodyweight toning to get your heart rate pumping. You’ll groove through a mix of styles - hip hop, Latin, pop, funk - designed to burn calories, boost coordination, improve balance and overall cardiovascular fitness. No dance experience needed and no judgment zone environment provided - we are here to have fun and get a great workout! Just bring your energy, a smile, and a willingness to move! This class is a party that leaves you sweating, laughing, and wanting more. Please note: Due to the nature of the dancing, movement, and space required, this class is limited to 25 participants. Plan to be punctual so you’re ready to jump in and enjoy!
