About the event

This engaging series focuses on promoting physical wellness, healthy eating habits, and social interaction through interactive activities, cooking demonstrations, and exercise sessions tailored for mature adults. Participants will explore topics such as nutrition basics, mindful eating, and meal planning, culminating in a celebration potluck to share successes and foster a supportive community.
