About the event

This year's July Fourth marks the 250th anniversary of American independence. Join us for this drop-in Exploration Station and learn more about historic Wake County residents who lived through the American Revolution. This self-guided table will be inside the A.E. Finley Center. FREE.

Using elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness, you'll strengthen and tone your muscles through small, controlled movements, hand weight exercises, and mat work, then finish with a relaxing stretch. This low-impact class is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance.
