Celebrate our nation's 250th birthday with "America’s Sweethearts" as they bring timeless music to the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre stage.

This charming, vintage vocal trio delivers polished three-part harmonies, stylish period costumes, and a love for the songs that helped define a nation. Featuring swing, jazz, and Broadway favorites, their performance honors American musical heritage with warmth, energy, and heart.

Audiences of all ages will enjoy this nostalgic and uplifting tribute to the sounds that shaped generations.

Using elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness, you'll strengthen and tone your muscles through small, controlled movements, hand weight exercises, and mat work, then finish with a relaxing stretch. This low-impact class is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance.
