A series of 12 or more exercises (stations) performed with short rest periods between them for a prescribed amount of time. These are designed for any level or ability and focuses on strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Barre & Sculpt

Barre & Sculpt is a full-body workout that combines the precision of barre with traditional strength training. Using elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness, you'll strengthen and tone your muscles through small, controlled movements, hand weight exercises, and mat work, then finish with a relaxing stretch. This low-impact class is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance.
