SUMMARY:Fiction 1 with Redbud (6-week course)
DESCRIPTION:Durham County Library is hosting a 6-week college-level cours
 e on fiction writing\, taught by Redbud Writing Project. In-person instr
 uction will take place on Wednesday evenings for 6 weeks\, though there 
 will be additional coursework to be completed on your own time (readings
  and writing exercises). Space is strictly limited\, so those interested
  will need to apply for a spot.\n\nApplications should include a one-pag
 e fiction writing sample (excerpts from previously written stories are f
 ine) as well as acknowledgement that you are able to attend all 6 meetin
 gs and complete additional coursework as assigned by the instructor. If 
 you have scheduling conflicts\, please leave spots open for others who a
 re interested.  Applications will be accepted between Feb. 1 - Feb. 15\,
  2026\, with a rolling admissions process. Students will receive notific
 ation of their acceptance by end of day\, Feb. 20.\n\nPlease send submis
