About the event

This interactive class introduces children to the exciting world of STEAM through hands-on projects and challenges. Participants will engage in simple engineering tasks, science experiments, creative builds, and problem-solving activities that promote critical thinking and innovation, all while having fun in a supportive, structured setting.

Barre & Sculpt

Barre & Sculpt is a full-body workout that combines the precision of barre with traditional strength training. Using elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness, you'll strengthen and tone your muscles through small, controlled movements, hand weight exercises, and mat work, then finish with a relaxing stretch. This low-impact class is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance.
