About the event

Young learners will explore a variety of themed sensory stations that encourage discovery through touch and movement. Activities such as scooping, pouring, sorting, sensory dough, and fine motor play are thoughtfully designed to support early childhood development while fostering curiosity and independence in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Barre & Sculpt

Barre & Sculpt is a full-body workout that combines the precision of barre with traditional strength training. Using elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness, you'll strengthen and tone your muscles through small, controlled movements, hand weight exercises, and mat work, then finish with a relaxing stretch. This low-impact class is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance.
