Join the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program to learn easy, healthy recipes, nutrition tips, and ways to save money at the grocery store. Explore fruits, vegetables, portion control, food safety, and active living. Taste new recipes each class, receive kitchen tools, take home a cookbook, and earn a certificate from NC State University while building skills for a healthier lifestyle.
