About the event

Please join us for an Earth Day-themed storytime at the beautiful Hub Farm!

The Hub Farm is a 30-acre outdoor learning center located at 117 Milton Road, Durham, NC 27712 (adjacent to North Regional Library). For more information, please visit their website at https://www.thehubfarm.org/.

Directions: From downtown Durham take Roxboro Road north to the stoplight at Milton Road. Turn left and continue past Eno Valley Elementary. Immediately after the school look for signs to the Hub Farm on your left. Parking is available in the Hub Farm Visitor Parking lot, which is in the Eno Valley Elementary bus lot.

This storytime will take place outside, weather permitting. There is a paved path down to the event area, which is a covered pavilion area. While some seating is available, we recommend bringing your own blankets or chairs and to wear comfortable clothing. Afterward, please feel free to stay and explore the farm until 11 a.m.

If you have any accessibility questions or needs, please contact Lauren at lwise@dconc.gov. We ask that all requests be made at least three (3) business days prior to the event to ensure we can provide the best accommodations possible!

Registration for this event is required. There are a total of 45 seats available. When registering, please remember to include all people in your party. Due to space limitations, those who are not registered will be unable to attend.

Questions? Please email Lauren at lwise@dconc.gov. Thank you!
