Grab your boots and cowboy hats and join county music recording artist and "Color Me Country Radio" host Rissi Palmer for storytime! Through music and storytelling, Rissi will read from her new book Color Me Country: A Celebration of Black Women Who Shaped Country Music. This book paints women of color up-front and center-stage in this vibrant homage to some of country music's first and finest.

Voyager @ Books, Babies, & Brews

Join us for a Baby Storytime led by Franklin County Library, sensory exploration & coffee with Franklin County Parks and Recreation, and health education & resources provided by FCHD RIMC Program! This event is rain or shine, every Friday from Sept-Nov at 10:00 a.m., featuring different County Parks each month. It is designed for newborns to cruisers with an in-the-lap 15-minute Storytime and sensory toys appealing to younger babies. Storytime will start a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. and the rest of the hour is for free play, socializing, and taking advantage of the Bookmobile, Voyager! September-Franklinton Park October-Epsom Park November-V.E. and Lydia H. Owens Recreational Park at Bull Creek
