DESCRIPTION:Fishing is a fun and inexpensive way to celebrate Independenc
 e Day!  The NC Wildlife Resources Commission invites anglers and would-b
 e anglers of all ages to go fishing for free on July 4th.  Everyone in N
 C (residents and non-residents) can fish in any public body of water\, i
 ncluding coastal waters\, without a fishing license.  Although no licens
 e is required\, all other fishing regulations\, such as size\, creel lim
 its and lure restrictions still apply.\n\nHarris Lake County Park staff 
 will have fishing rods for you to borrow and will be on hand to provide 
 basic instruction or other assistance. Preregistration is encouraged in 
 order to guarantee equipment\; otherwise\, fishing poles are available o
 n a first-come\, first-served basis or you can bring your own. Bring you
 r own bait or use ours. For all ages (children must be accompanied by an
  adult).\n*Due to construction associated with the park bond improvement
 s\, you will need to park in the first gravel lot on your left and walk
