HydroFit is a moderate-intensity water exercise class that combines HIIT-style training with strength-building movements for a dynamic full-body workout. Participants engage in a mix of powerful exercises performed in short intervals, paired with cardio movements designed to keep the heart rate elevated and energy high. Classes can be completed with or without equipment, allowing individuals to adjust the resistance of the water environment to their fitness level. No swimming skills are required, making this program accessible to all. For added value, a multi-visit pass is available for purchase on a Play More Card, offering a discounted rate per class.
