Modeled after High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), the class alternates between short bursts of challenging exercise and brief recovery periods to maximize cardiovascular endurance and strength. Participants may use flotation belts for added support while treading water, though they should feel comfortable in chest-deep water to fully enjoy the experience.
