About the event

Aqua Cardio and Strength is a moderate-intensity fitness class that combines cardiovascular training with strength and flexibility exercises for a balanced, full-body workout. Each session targets specific muscle groups through a blend of strength and mobility movements designed to improve endurance, stability, and overall fitness. Classes can be completed with or without equipment, allowing participants to adjust the level of resistance in the water to meet their individual needs. No swimming skills are required, making the class accessible to all fitness levels. For added value, a multi-visit pass is available for purchase on a Play More Card, offering a discounted rate per class
