About the event

Learn to Play is for 7-10 year-olds who are interested in learning how to play the sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Instructors from Triangle Ultimate will teach the fundamentals of the sport during skills sessions with engaging activities. This program emphasizes fun, sportsmanship, and camaraderie, and is a light-hearted, confidence-boosting introduction to the sport.
