The Durham City Council will hold a public hearing on a Substantial Amendment to the approved HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan, proposed economic development incentive agreements, a proposed moratorium, and Planning & Development cases: Enclave at Little Creek (BDG2500008/Z2500011), 1418 South Miami (BDG2500011/Z2600005A), 1735 Fletchers Chapel Road (BDG2500012/Z2500020A), and Experience Reality Glenn West (BDG2500017/Z2500027A)
