The Librarians examines the growing national movement to challenge library collections, particularly books addressing race, history, and LGBTQIA identities. Through firsthand accounts and historical context, the film explores what these efforts mean for libraries, education and democracy.

Following the screening, we’ll host a community conversation and Q&A with librarians and educators focused on intellectual freedom, access to information, and the role of libraries as civic institutions.
