About the event

Join us for a 50-minute class for adults that will provide an opportunity for you to relax through gentle stretching and mindful breathing. This class is designed for anyone who would like to slow down, connect with the body and calm the mind. Both beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. During the class, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses and mindful breathing techniques intended to calm the busy mind and stretch the body. Registration is required.

Please provide your own mat or a towel.

Voyager @ Books, Babies, & Brews

Join us for a Baby Storytime led by Franklin County Library, sensory exploration & coffee with Franklin County Parks and Recreation, and health education & resources provided by FCHD RIMC Program! This event is rain or shine, every Friday from Sept-Nov at 10:00 a.m., featuring different County Parks each month. It is designed for newborns to cruisers with an in-the-lap 15-minute Storytime and sensory toys appealing to younger babies. Storytime will start a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. and the rest of the hour is for free play, socializing, and taking advantage of the Bookmobile, Voyager! September-Franklinton Park October-Epsom Park November-V.E. and Lydia H. Owens Recreational Park at Bull Creek
