 riasis in North Carolina and elsewhere this summer\, we will be avoiding
  all uncooked vegetables and fruits in our Testers and Tasters dishes un
 til further notice. \n\n \n\n \n\nTesters & Tasters Cookbook Club is a p
 lace to talk about food and cooking!\n\nCome share your experiments\, ex
 periences\, triumphs\, and tragedies.\n\nThis month we will be celebrati
 ng cookbooks that have won a prestigious James Beard Award! \n\nThere wi
 ll be several cookbooks available to check out at the July meeting\, as 
 well as at the North Regional Library information desk after the meeting
 . You are also welcome to find a cookbook on your own\, either from your
  own collection or the library's. \n\nHere is the link to the James Bear
