H2O Fitness is a total-body water workout that combines cardio, toning, and muscle conditioning for a well-rounded fitness experience. Each session incorporates exercises designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and increase range of motion, along with yoga-inspired cool-down techniques to promote relaxation. Using the multi-directional resistance of water, this class supports joint health while delivering an effective workout. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, H2O Fitness offers an inclusive and supportive environment. No swimming skills are required to participate. For added value, a multi-visit pass is available for purchase on a Play More Card, offering a discounted rate per class.

Join us for a 50-minute class for adults that will provide an opportunity for you to relax through gentle stretching and mindful breathing. This class is designed for anyone who would like to slow down, connect with the body and calm the mind. Both beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. During the class, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses and mindful breathing techniques intended to calm the busy mind and stretch the body. Registration is required.

Join the Bull City Yoga Teachers Collective for Wednesday evening Yoga classes! All skill levels welcome Beginner through Advanced. Registration is required and you must bring your own yoga mat.

Release the stress of your day with outdoor Gentle Yoga at Main Library - Nicole Varnado, RYT-200, is offering this six-week series of gentle flow yoga for adults on Tuesdays! Classes are accessible to all-comers, and will include guided meditation, breathwork, movement, and yoga philosophy. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for class (we have a few available if you do not have one), and wear 'moveable' clothes. If you bring a reusable water bottle, you can refill it at one of the filling stations in the library.
If class must be relocated due to inclement weather, registrants will be notified by email.

Rohini Rajgopal is a certified yoga instructor trained through Kaivalyadhama, one of India’s oldest yoga institutes. Her teaching is rooted in classical yogic principles and emphasizes yoga as a holistic practice — not just physical postures — creating space for reflection, breath, and embodied awareness.
