Join us on Fridays for Preschool Storytime! Designed for children ages 3–5, this interactive storytime includes books, songs, movement, and a simple craft or coloring activity, though children of all ages are welcome to attend. Registration is encouraged to help us prepare enough craft materials. Preschool Storytime will be led by Children’s Librarians Tina and Miles. Join us for storytime and scented activities with Bright Black Candle Co! Through reading, singing, and crafts we'll discover the connection of storytelling and scent. Join us for an enjoyable afternoon of Mah Jongg! Bring your skills and love of the game to connect with others over strategy and tiles. Some experience is preferred, as this is a game-playing club, not a teaching session.

Join the Maker STEAM Team in the Innovation Lab during specified open hours to discover how you can use the properties of electricity and circuit building in order to create a game controller with a Makey Makey kit! This is a self-paced activity. You can drop in during the listed Open Lab Hours. Innovation Lab Open Hours: Monday: Closed Tuesday: 1pm - 5pm Wednesday: 3pm - 6pm (*different this week) Thursday: 10am - 2pm Friday: 1pm - 5pm Saturday: 11am - 1pm and 3pm - 5pm Hours subject to change based on staffing and programming needs.
